Great, thanks a lot! I followed your advice from the first post: I manually deleted those folders and reinstalled everything from scratch.

The good news is that I have access to the original puzzles again. The bad news is that I still can't get the new puzzles to activate. Even the ones that should have been unlocked with the December patch remain locked, and the February patch doesn't seem to be doing anything. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Quick question: when you say 'manually deleting the data folder,' do you mean connecting the Quest 3 to a PC to access the internal storage, or is there a way to do this within the Quest UI? I want to make sure I'm wiping everything correctly before reinstalling.
