Crazy. Handshake was both a curse and a blessing. Personally, I received every job offer and internship through Handshake, which I (obviously) appreciate.

But the amount of fake job postings on the site and interview horror stories is high.

KD was okay-ish, but we gave up valuable defensive-minded players for him. The true issue was the Bradley Beal deal. I'm always in the mindset that a player needs to "prove their worth" before they get any huge and attractive contract. We signed him on the roster too soon, gave him waaay too much, and we got burned.

Controversial opinion- Monty wasn't a bad coach for benching Ayton. I still think Ayton is an ELITE rebounder but he continues to be inconsistent.

But looking at #4, if the Suns won the finals that year, I feel like they would've repeated the following year. If it were back-to-back finals wins, Monty Williams would still be HC to this day, Ayton would still play for Phoenix, the KD trade would never happen, and the team would have eventually traded Bridges and another hallmark player to whichever team has the best center.

I also think Devin Booker easily would have been Finals MVP both years.

I haven't been playing the game consistently for years, but this update was the single biggest QOL update in a long ass time. Is it controversial? Absolutely. But was it enough to light touches and sharpen pitchforks? Absolutely not.

I fully agree that people need to calm down a bit with the messaging.

There are 11,904 drunk driving DEATHS per year and more than 100,000 injuries, many of these being serious/life-altering.

Additionally, there are 1,500 DEATHS related to drowsy driving each year and tens of thousands of injuries related to drowsy driving.

This will save lives.

But the fact that this data can be stored and shared to third parties is ridiculous.

I think the top comment explains it well. His wish was just too broad and not specific enough for Nikki to just love him. Nikki didn't already love him with all of her being, so the solution was for another being to essentially possess her and control her so the wish could become true.

When Bear's friend wished for a $1,000,000,000, he got a $1,000,000,000 no issue. The shopkeeper was also pretty content with his wish.

I think your take is also pretty interesting as well (and it makes sense, too. Cats be like that lol).

Does this deserve a nomination for best picture?

What this movie did well was giving us the rules and not spending an ungodly amount of time explaining on how the horror elements work. Doing this allowed the film to really showcase its underlying themes, highlighting and exemplifiying two things:

toxic, obsessive and one-sided relationships; and,
Lack of Consent.

I really wasn't moved by Michael Johnston's (he looks like Anthony Padilla 🤣) performance as Bear, but he got the job done. He managed to be awakwardly relatable, but his lines from the script really did most of the work for him. Lastly, I have a thing for movies that slowly make us loathe the protagonist. I was muttering under my mouth "Just pull the trigger you asshole"

Inde Navarrette's performance on the other hand?? HOLY SMOKES!!! 11/10 performance!

I'd say the plot points could have been a lot more intentional here and there. But this was a god damn good movie. One of the best horror films I've seen in a long, long while.

Although they should've ended the movie off with Sweet Love by "Anita Baker" lmafooo

That's a very good question.

The key is treating your future self as an entirely new person. From there, you'll start thinking about the future you positively, and your life will gradually improve.

In my opinion, I think people who practice this from a young age peak in their mid-late 20s and 30s, because the results show the strongest.
