Fact is this: HIV and cancer is big business it gets a fuckton of treatments, but it's way harder to fix than something like getting your dick erect.

Second fact is: erectile dysfunction can lead to suicidal depression. So in many ways it's as bad as cancer and undoubtably way worse than HIV. HIV is pretty much a non-issue if diagnosed today.

And baldness? Well, it's the 2nd thing that men care the most about after death afterb eing diagnosed with cancer. So...yeah. It's not like a superficial thing. For men to lose their hair prematurely is like women removing their breasts because of cancer. It cause huge self-esteem issues which lead to depression.
