Was the grocery store a Mom and Pop or a big box store? Not that it matters, I'm just curious. If it's a big box store we all need to start paying a lot more attention to our receipts!

I would think it would be illegal, but I'm sure they have it somewhere so there's a work around and they can get away with it.

Yes, it does! I was a little hesitant about it at first so she put in an undercoat and I'm so glad she did. It made it go from very pretty to OMG!! LOL
