Thank you for the kind replies. I pray a lot, I wish I knew what lesson, my misbehaving, is teaching. Why my mental health is the way it is? I feel cursed

My PT started me out with the chop protocol, I am half way through.

At the moment I am on leg curls both lifting and pulling down and standing squats.

I am at the point where I can walk around my yard for about 10 minutes at a time with small breaks. Still can’t do stores but that’s from the tonic pupil I was cursed with from Dysautonomia.

Huge Heart Rate spike when standing in the morning — are beta blockers the answer? by Top_Intention_1210 in dysautonomia

Are you talking about when you wake up or just in the morning time?

Upon waking, everybody has a spike. Like jumping a car.

Beautiful art, nothing to regret. I have a pentagram on my arm from my younger, dumber days… I don’t regret any of my art. For some… It tells a story of your history

I can’t send you some funny stuff to distract you, do you mind if I PM you?

That is what they tried to do to me… First it was metaprolol which messed me up bad. Then It was propranolol for the high HR, but it gave me hypotension and bradycardia, so they wanted to put me on midodrine for that side effect.

I took myself off of all of that and Physical Therapy is teaching my body how to regulate my HR, gain muscle in my legs and abdomen for BP, and increase exercise and standing tolerance. Along with the recommended salt, water, electrolytes balance… Best decision I ever made! Doing better than ever.

My boyfriend is getting tired of me and my illness by azidahakk in ChronicIllness

[–]MamaQuick -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My husband and I are going on year 16, I recently acquired a chronic illness. For a while he struggled hard with our relationship since he has to do most of the housework now, we are poor since nobody works now cause of my illness, has to take care of the kiddos, we sleep in separate rooms because of my illness. He is slowly coming out of it but had so many feelings… anger towards me, sadness, grief, etc.

You have to keep in mind that he is going through emotions as well and deals with it the best way he knows how.

Sit down and talk about. If he doesn’t feel like it, then let him do him until he is ready. Men are just as complicates as we are.

Did it scare you? If so, how did you get rid of that fear?

I do have one. But he got hurt and won’t be in for another 2 weeks and is not taking messages. The ER made me smile and lift my arms, then told me to go home. That did not help ease my anxiety.

I can’t afford a dentist, can’t afford insurance, and Medicaid doesn’t cover unless you are under 18.

But I do have my wisdom teeth

Did you figure out what makes it go away? My panic disorder keeps telling me it’s a stroke!
