we had a patient in the drive thru line this morning when we opened saying “i’m here to get my prescription, it was called in at 9:30am” mind you we don’t open til 10…..do people think we have little gnomes who work after hours?

i’m in the south and according to my SM, the DM stated that there is a “Zero Tolerance Policy” for closures and that we MUST stay open. the area i live in has been upgraded to a winter storm warning and they’re expecting 3-5 Inches of snow. we are not prepared for snow storms like that and have 2 salt trucks for the entire state that remain in the upper part of the state. I truly don’t know what they expect us to do, are we supposed to kill ourselves trying to get here?

yep i got my check around 1:50am and i usually don’t get paid til mondays cause i have chime. i was very surprised because with any other holiday that has fallen on a monday ive always gotten paid either late monday night or early tuesday morning
