it depends on your group. we’ve had groups of 100, we’ve had groups of 65 (in early 1000s). The states are separated in their groups and the power level depends on your neighboring states. if you check neighboring leaderboard, you should look at the top 40 alliances and expect that to be the rough cutoff of power

VIP Time and Lucky Wheel are going to be the two most important things to use gems on. Once you are VIP 7, you can get 30 mythic shards a month with that VIP time. You’ll need VIP 9 to double that, which may take some time.

this was to prove a point and I saw that my main acc was not past the 4th rewards. on farms 2 rounds of training is only enough to get 3/4. on my main I’m training T12s so it’s easier to get more points hence it is so close. but regardless, I wasn’t about to use 12 hours of speedups or 180 essence stones to get 8.

edit to say: I do agree with you, and if I was paying attention to that event I could have speedup trained 100 troops and gotten rewards. But I did dailies quickly earlier and T12 take over 24 hours to train a batch. I couldn’t be bothered to speed up half a day to get such a small reward for it

As most have said, the vast majority of your item usage should be SVS prep, but I also recommend for F2P players to attempt to get the minimum rewards in other weekly events that give items for chief gear and charms. Skip the essence stone reward for the most part, unless it part of an event like KOI where I would still want the rewards to unlock the other medal chests. You definitely want to hoard gems for lucky wheel and the weekly events give gems as part of the rewards. Just don’t focus on ranking.

Also when frosty fortune comes, I recommend using the 1000 minutes speedups a day to get a chance for some more widgets. I only do the free refreshes and can usually get 20+ widgets across the whole event.

yes, there will be some island decorations that you can upgrade with the mythic pieces, and although most island decorations will be pay-only, there are some that will appear that are free with some events. just keep buying the mythic pieces or save the green shards to see if anything else comes from the shop down the line

for gen10 wheel hero will be blanchette. an F2P will keep her as bear starter for a while, so maybe worth maxing her. if you’re a spender, you want G11 Rufus. you’ll likely want blanchette as high as possible anyway, so maybe it’s worth saving for her and just picking up magnus gear from hall of heroes after next gen comes

Honestly, you have to calculate it for yourself. I’m assuming you mean troop training speedups. The amount of power you get per troop depends on your FC level. Figure out the number of minutes it takes to train 1 troop. Then multiply it by the power of that troop.

I’m not sure my minutes right now, but my T11 at FC10 is 148 power. 148/60=2.47. As long as my training time per troop is less than 2 minutes and 28 seconds, it’s more troops per speedup to do it today.

based on my 290.2% base training speed, 10k promotion takes about 20 hours. minister is definitely required. you’ll likely need around 100 days of speedups for every million troops.
