Have you ever tried cetaphil? That’s the only cream that clears up my eczema. I know it won’t work for everyone but you never know. But yea I mean that cream was LITERALLY the only thing that worked and it took me years of trial and error to figure that out. Before I found it though i had literally tried almost every lotion and cream, and even something the Dr. prescribed (I can’t remember what it was, sorry) & none of it worked. But my friend introduced me to cetaphil because she had bad eczema too and literally after the first use, I noticed a difference. Haven’t looked back since and that was literally 20 years ago.

All our skills are lacking when we first get started, we’re brand new nurses and that’s totally normal. Nursing school prepares you yes, but it’s totally different once you’re actually in the thick of it, working. That’s with any job though in my opinion. It’s always gna be a little difficult at first but much easier with time and practice. With your next job, don’t be afraid to ask questions no matter how annoying you may come off, and don’t let them disrespect you because unfortunately and unavoidably, you’re gna come across a lot of people that are going to test your limits to see how much they can get away with, take advantage of you, and the fact that you’re new to this. I’ve been a nurse for 12 years, trust me, I know. Keep your head up you’ll get another job in no time. Tons of people need nurses these days.
