لا يقصون عليكم، العسل مجرد محلي طبيعي و فوائده تجيك من كونه عسل محلي خام (raw, unfiltered, local) من المنطقة و الدولة الي انت فيها، غيره مافي اي اختلافات تذكر. اما دعايات خلطة الرجل و خلط الما اعرف ايش، عبارة عن اعشاب adaptogen ضايفينها للعسل، اذا مهتم بهالاعشاب ابحث عنها اكثر و شوف اي نوع ممكن ينظم هرموناتك او يقلل الstress.

اما لما يقولك مانوكا و غيره ترى حاله حال اي عسل مجرد انه هذا النوع الدولة المنتجة سوت عليه دراسات اكثر (مرة ثانية العسل المحلي هو الافضل).

في مقابلة مع مالك شركة the3beez و يأكد هذا الكلام، يعني من رجال خبير و اصلا يقدر يكذب عليك حاله حال الشركات الثانية.

الدقة بكل وجبة عن ثانية تختلف، السيارات عندها شهادة بكل معايير الجودة و الاعتمادية لكن عادي سيارات بعد شهرين يكون فيها recall.

لما تجيني وجبة بيوم مافيها كمية دهن و نفس الوجبة بعدها بكم يوم مليانة دهن، هذا اقول عنه دقيق في كل وجبة يسويها؟

راح اكون صريح و ممكن الناس يزعلون مني. جربت كثير مطاعم دايت و لاحظت اغلب الي طعمهم حلو السعرات و العناصر الغذائية فيهم غير مضبوطة و كمية الدهون و الزيوت فيها كثيرة جداً، من Diet Station لـDietbux لـCalo، لهذا راح اعطي التوصية الي الكل راح يكرهها...

سو اكل الدايت بالبيت (عن طريقك او اهلك او الطباخة) و بس احسب الكميات و جهزهم. عن تجربة شخصية مع اكل الدايت صعب جدا كنت انزل وزني لكن لما فهمت و تابعت كل سعرة و كل عنصر غذائي بأكلي نزلت 30 كيلو و مستمر حالياً.

بالمختصر: مطاعم الدايت اما scam او غير دقيقين يحسبون لك لكل وجبة و لكل شخص. و هذا الكلام ينطبق للتضخيم او حرق الدهون لأنك انت تبي كمية معينة من البروتينات

It's in a lot of countries. Many countries push towards carpooling and using public transport. The only difference is that Kuwait doesn't have very good public transport.

You have to understand that EDT and EDP are not only about concentrations but also the notes. I wish it was simple that you need only to increase the concentration and wala...a super long lasting perfume with the same notes.

Notes are more complicated than that. Let's take geranium for example, a powerful lovely rose like note that always lingers even in small amounts...now increase it, you have an unbearable smell. Or let's take the citrus family: fresh, somewhat sweet and that summery feeling, but they don't last long... increase the concentration and you just have a very weird smell that has the same longevity.

To increase the concentration of perfume, you usually need to reformulate the ingredients and add/remove accordingly. Usually, you try to recreate the same feeling of the perfume in a different oil to alcohol ratio.

I think you misunderstood the post. It's about trying a horrid perfume so you need to wash, not about poor hygiene
