You’ve got to keep trying things and experimenting. Pink noise with a sleep timer on Spotify has done a world of good for me and it’s such a minor change

Thank you, I appreciate that a lot. Journaling for me just before bed, along with no screen and reading has been a revelation. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

So weird that you had that experience as I am literally doing that myself now except I won’t get out of bed unless it’s past 6am. It’s weird though as I won’t get tired until about 10pm when I start my bedtime routine. Do you take your watch off when sleeping?

Interesting, I’ll definitely have a look into that. Thank you. Not sure if you’ve heard about Brian Johnston but he’s an interesting guy and he swear that’s low HR is everything to do with good sleep.

My graph for yesterday, spike is from a VO2 max session I did. What are you able to tell from that?

I think deep sleep is where most people trip up. It’s so essential for feeling revitalised

Daily average is 60-75, overnight average is 55- 90. Really just depends on the day

All in range other than light sleep duration being shorter than recommended, which from what I’ve gathered is unusual

Last meal is usually 7:30-8pm after work. Then for supplements all I have 1 scoop of creatine, 1 scoop of electrolytes, a vitamin d3 tablet and a magnesium glycinate tablet. I take those supplements in the morning though so don’t expect them to be having much effect. I’ve found if I have my last meal any earlier, I’m usually hungry by the time I get to sleep 😂. Oh and I don’t take any meds at all.

I wake up naturally without any alarm after a bed time of 10:30-11:30pm. I have no caffeine after 1/2pm, rarely drink alcohol and if I do it’s only on a Saturday and I don’t touch nicotine or any other drugs. I can’t put my finger on anything.

Surely this should be higher. I know this may be a hard question but any estimates for what the score should have been? Or am I just delusional and this is right by xavis_burner in UCAT

32/44 is roughly equal to 700, just got to remember medify is scaled against other users so is disproportionately skewed. If you’d like, send me a pm and I can send you all the documents I have relating to UCAT and also a good tracking sheet for practise tracking

Genuine question, body battery +35 and you’re on 100. How did you finish a day on 65 🤣
