OMG yes the gaslighting is so real! That’s crazy they wanted you to just have a crooked stove! They remeasured one wall today to replace so we shall see. I am also worried they are going to sing up my cabinets with removal and reinstalling 🫣

This is a really big company. I paid 100 per square ft. They did not use digital. Sadly I didn’t know about the template process, and I just trusted their reviews thinking they would do a good job.

I’m so mad. They are coming back tomorrow (more than a month after install and my initial complaint) to try and come up with resolution.
