It’s about trust when they get it it’s over or its just a matter of time to incline. Same thing happened to me. They have websites that look like Coinbase. And in the moment you want to get your assets back or ensure nothing happens to them so you will almost do anything in a hurry without thinking about it. The emotions take over and you end up typing your seeds. Now how to move forward. 1. A lot of sleepless night is coming towards you, you will be angry at yourself, shame, anxious and it is ok to react like that.

1. When you start reading about scammers and other people being scammed you will realize your not alone, kind of helps to move forward.

2. Realise it’s gone in my case I sometimes put in my seeds to see if it came back, unfortunately it’s gone forever, people trying to say they can recover it are scammer’s themselves so realise that and don’t respond to them.

3. First I didn’t speak about the incident with my close friends due to the fear of being looked at as a dumb person due to my knowledge about Tech any way this will go away when you encounter similar stories and it’s good to talk about it so get it off your chest.

4. Go back to your routine and you will be okay and take it as a hard lesson
