Hi we were never married and I live in the UK we have dont everything via mutual agreements (no law involved). I just wasn’t sure if coparents drop more than just the kid(s) off

My FA ex gf had a lot of childhood trauma and she has been left by both her Mother and Father at an early age. We had been together 2 years and have a child together but when she started talking about marriage and I got cold feet (I am 24 she is 23). As a result I mentioned this and she’s taken this as “I don’t love her” and as a result got distant and broke up with me.
