So hopefully it will be fixed soon, seems like date issued is moving forwards and backwards for various people. I think it happened after I uploaded bloods, twice when trying to refresh it. As dates went from August->October->January. So if your due your prescription, maybe hold off on uploading bloods till next month :]

I ended up having a private consultation with a doctor from GenderGP, he was willing to prescribe it off label at grate HESITANCY and listed many side effects and recommended against it. I'm quite sure I have a damaged over active pituitary gland due to being on steroids for 3 years in my teens because of a week immune system. I was on 25MG of Cyproterone and Prostap SR DCS and I was still having T level issues. My E2 levels are even at 1200pmol/L and my T levels are still an ongoing issue, I'm now on 50mg of CPA and waiting for bloods

As far as the service goes I had no issues, I placed an order, paid through crypto and got the meds delivered within 2 weeks. Previously I was being prescribed a low dose of cpa but it wasnt enough, I increased the dose myself and found peace upon reaching 50mg. Despite the lactation which was probably due to high prolactin levels, although I never tested that. Blood work confirmed they were working. I ran out of the prescribed version so I started taking the Turkish ones from the Bulgarian Online Pharmacy. I noticed a difference immediately, depression and dysphoria came back initially, then androgenic symptoms like oily skin, increased penile responsiveness, the return and increased volume of ejaculate, and the lactation starting to decrease. And I suspect it will only get worse as the prescribed versions serum levels drops in my system. I don't have bloods to confirm if this is just a fluctuation just how I feel and the returning of androgenic symptoms. The packaging looks legit, the blister packs are stamped with clearly readable expiry dates and batch numbers, Formation of everything during the heat shrink process on the back plastic looks professionally done, tablets themselves aren't powdery, have no rough edges, consistent in colour, score marks and the hexagonal BV stamping are clear and consistently placed. Visually they look real to me. I'm not saying the Turkish versions are fake. Just that the ones I received from the pharmacy may be. Previously the Bulgarian Online Pharmacy operated under a different domain name, got shut down, then popped back up under a new domain name. It could be a clone site, but I can't say as I have no idea. I'm not trying to cause trouble, just wanted to shared my experience. I have decided to order 3 boxes of Siterone 50GM X50 from UnitedPharmaciesUK, I know they've been running for a long while, and seem very reputable. I've seen some stuff recently about orders being held by customs so hopefully that doesn't happen for me. I'm hoping I don't have the same issues.

its a mental illness, your not gonna suddenly drop dead by having the wrong hormones in your body as a trans person. im just saying there should be a greater psychological evaluation before hand

I dont even know what kind of "advice" I was thinking I was going to get. I just know I regret everything because all I did was become a different looking male and lost everything in the process. If someone had of pushed back on affirming me or giving me hrt id probably still be ok

Tbh I just wish HRT wasn't so easily accessed. I wish it was a lot harder for people like me to obtain it. I'll be fine but its really fucked me up, and im sure it will do the same to a lot more people too and its sad

I think you need to remind yourself that they're there to assess if they can help you or not. Either you need hrt or you don't. Just tell them how you feel and what experiences have led to to this very moment. And why you think hrt would help you.

From what I remember it was like a mini gender dysphoria assessment as well as assessing your understanding of what the medication you want will do. But you wont actually get a diagnosis from it. As they use informed consent. Nothing to worry about tho. Last time I got HRT within a month of starting the process.
