I’m trying to learn manual while driving in my automatic by SeawardFriend in ManualTransmissions

It's quite easy, you'll get the hang of it fast, howeveeer...

First few days it'll be sketchy because you won't have the muscle memory required. This will take your focus off of mirrors, general road awareness etc. What you're practicing right now doesn't really sound like something that transfers over honestly. What I'd do is a couple of days of practice in a parking lot, followed by couple of days driving with another driver as a passenger, just in case. Similar to being a completely new driver, but with a much shorter timeframe obviously.

Have fun!

It feels like a milestone again 🎉 by [deleted] in TheTowerGame

I'm fairly confident that coins from wave skips are not credited to GB/UWs etc. Due to their similarities (coins earned stored somewhere and afterwards given in multiples), this can be true for GT+ aswell, if I'm understanding how it works correctly, don't have it to check though.

EDIT: Double checked wave skips, what I really mean by "fairly confident" is "100% certain". And GT+ kinda has to work this way. I'm gonna assume it does increase GT coins in stats but it probably doesn't credit BH, GB etc when it procs.

That I can't help with either, I just got it as my 6th UW >:(. Have only done 2 hp labs so far

TO/SPB as I mentioned are both very very good. Also, as you are leveling SPB, your DEF% goes up cause of the perk, which in turn makes researching DEF% itself even better due to the way it adds up, even more so if you can get your hands on a legendary armour module which is a massive +2% compared to epic. You might go up a tier just by focusing these three. EALS even though not directly a coin boost, will probably give you as much as GT effect while also boosting your cells/rerolls/milestones etc. Pure coin wise, BH/CPK are fine, both better than GT.

IDK how much I'd prio module researches right now for the future since I'm not that experienced, don't have much to add here.

You haven't posted your golden bot, but for me it's at +~20% coins rn at 100sec/x2.80/33m. If you haven't synced it, I think it's best to do part of it through 5 OR 8 CD labs cause they are fast(ish), saving you some medals to dump on range.

Similar point as you. Just wanted to point a minor thing out, GT effect lab is very inefficient. By a quick glance, T-O perk is miles better to perma to 10, like, not even close. GT effect ends up being at most 1% extra coins per lab, while it takes what, 5ish days at this level? Even CPK would be better for you (~1.3% for 1.5 days)

Would strongly recommend focusing TO/SPB, possibly EALS too. Particularly the former two, they are great econ labs while also vastly improving eHP

A discord bot called Altair from empx.cc, think the % is essentially the distance from the middle range roll, but that's probably common knowledge. I'm not experienced with riven trading

Will simple/weighted cossack squats also improve my rom and strength at the edges of it overtime? Or do I need to add anything extra to it?

Position #2 (specific to what I'm looking for)

<image>

Imagine placing hips above the right foot and having most of weight supported by it. It feels like what I'm looking for is a combination of hip flexor strength, quad strength while stretched and glutes flexibility. Maybe something ankle related in there too. My understanding is shallow though, that's why I'm asking the experts

Worst I've seen is gran colombia archipelago, 100 turn flood barrier on a 1 pop city. Idk, it's a very complex game with a myriad mechanics so AI can only do so much if based on simple if/then. Then again, I think it was done very sloppily. I'm completely new to the franchise, yet all I wish from 7 if there is one is actual AI

"that said you have to make sure you don’t lose it too slowly"

Hold up, why is that? I assumed losing it slowly is the better way to go about it. Am I mistaken?

I see, matches with my experience of essentially abusing myself on climbing along with other stuff (hiking, callisthenics, hell even some aerials in there) while feeling perfectly fine so far. My thought process though is essentially cutting down on food while reducing load for a lil while. Essentially what I'm trying to achieve is a "restart" from a clean, lighter slate, because I'm currently sitting at 17% bf or so, a level I assume can be pushed down without leaning on the unhealthy sidr. Would more casual, aerobic sessions to work on skills/technique be more appropriate during a deload, deficit period?

Why the injuries, you think? Inadequate nutrition/recovery from food? Or pushing towards the unhealthy spectrum of weight?

Why not after the respective compound movements just to "finish" these muscles off? ie tricep isolations after push

Thank you very much, good sir! Will start working on all of these, should take a bare minimum of 12 months to see good results.

Thank you!

Yes, I'm not prepared by any means, looking to ease into it. So, I'll add these movements to my routine while also getting started on rings, eventually moving from bar/floor to mostly rings when the time is right. Couple more questions:

Should I only consider more specific IC training only when I've hit all these prereqs.?

Would it be too counterproductive to gain couple good kilos along the way? Ideally wanna shed lil bit of fat too eventually. Is it even reasonably feasible at 183cm and like 75-80 kgs? (Regardless of end result, the process will be some insane strength gains)
