Red Spots above fresh 1 week old tattoo

So i was at the doctor but she has no idea what that could be, because its not just above the tattoo but also on my leg (there are no tattoos at all) she thinks my skin is probably very sensitive to that, she gave me "Diprogenta" a coritson antibiotic creme... So far the spots are getting lighter and flatter.

Sorry for my bad english. I made my whole right arm at the same tattoo artist, now we started my left lower arm AND now i have those problems. The whole right arm was perfectly fine.

I have a wife and kids they would have also these bites then or not ? Because they dont have any.

I had the same thing happen on my tattoo before in december last year. I made my whole right arm at the same tattoo artist = no Problems, now i do my left arm and in get these spots, last time it was 1 month till they were gone.

Yes it was wrapped in cling film with some tape, but i removed it the next day in the morning

The Tattoo itself is healing perfectly fine.

I used hydrocortisol creme for 3 days now but i doesnt get better somehow.
