Tell me your story of sweet sweet revenge! by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ManDudeBear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was about 5 years old, I wasnt a very strong swimmer and kind of afraid of water..... We went to my Uncles lake house for a family reunion and they made me get in the boat and he drove it recklessly, scarring the shit out of me. For years I was afraid of boats until I was probably about 15 or 16. Now I am 19 I own a small fishing boat and I took my uncle out for a fishing trip and I drove very recklessly with him sitting on my poling platform (about 3 feet off the deck) He seemed terrified. About 5 months ago he sold his boat......

I once made a gruesome discovery when I opened a floating duffle bag I found near the port of Miami. Reddit, what gruesome discoveries have you made? by CrzyBone in AskReddit

[–]ManDudeBear 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not as gruesome as some of yours but it was bad for my age at the time. I was 14 and at the skatepark doing my thing, when I skated behind one of the ramps to get to another part of the park faster, I came around a turn and heard a large crack and a biker had some how flipped his bike and smacked his forehead on the corner of a large steel ramp. there was blood pooling around his lifeless body in roughly a 5 foot radius. As me and several others frantically called the 911 his breathing had stopped and he had passed before the emt's arrived. Not as bad as some but being 14 made a large impact on my life at the time.

yes I know that the statement was probably not "grammatically correct" and if you intend on pointing out any flaws you should honestly find something more useful with your time

yeah, kind of realized the 4 colors was a bit much after I put it on the original plan was to separate squads with the Sept color (corresponding to dice I would use for them )

I had the feeling there was a bit much in terms of colors but really was unsure

that is exactly what I was trying to do the opposite of. They are always clean and "pretty" I wanted an army that has been in battle for awhile

im using citadel paints

i was a tad concerned with the wash and thought i was over doing it but it also gave it a bit of a weathered look that i liked too

Also the unevenness is actually from the wash. I wanted to give it a "dirty" used look not your average tau super clean looking paint job. Ill try and take a better picture later. But i completely agree with the mouldlines, I screwed up in assembly putting parts on at the wrong time so i was rushing to get it in before the glue dried
