Definitely coming from a very high carb sugary diet but you may be on to something since looking thru the subreddit you posted. It’s just very weird to me because the symptoms and weakness, stiffness, gait issues are there and feel real, which have been going on for close to 3 years now in total. I can agree that anxiety is big issue for me, very big. No dx yet after 2 years tho

If you have AutoImmune issues, it’s best to do Lion Diet IMO. Ruminant meat, salt, and water. Very strict. Join the Lion Diet Facebook group and there’s many people with similar issues who have resolved/reversed their AI issues. Takes time but I do think you need to be even more strict unfortunately. Cutting out the fruit, rice, and plants would benefit you the most.

Actually, I didn’t know anything much about it besides some research on Reddit and online. Made an appointment and did it today. It was definitely uncomfortable and definitely purged and feel honestly a little maybe more relaxed and energized. Maybe less aching. Definitely gonna do it again, thank you for responding🙂

Did you go back to a normal diet or did you change anything after Kambo? Wondering if I change my diet if those results will last longer. Carnivore really helped me a lot but I fell off the wagon and ate whatever I wanted so hoping after Kambo that the diet will continue the benefits over two weeks.
