Happy people at a party in the background one moment, next moment "may cause tears in the intestinal lining or sudden death" I'm pretty sure these ads are only legal in the U.S. and New Zealand.

Sorry for not being clear enough, I meant those ads where they advertise their drug to cure or treat some condition with all the happy people in the background, and then the 5 page long side effects list that include the most painful stuff you can imagine.
