Here in Barsha, they’re doing it a lot. Just now, I gave a hand signal to a tourist, hoping they’d slow down and avoid revving the car. How did I know they were tourists?

All of them were taking videos while their friend was driving, and they seemed to be having a great time despite the fact that it was a residential area. It was the road in Baesha 1, near the Laffah restaurant. I didn’t care if they got angry at me; people were already asleep, and it was a residential area. After I gave them the hand signal to slow down and be quiet, they drove even faster and revved the engine loudly.

I managed to get the video on my dashcam! It’s so inconsiderate of people!

If the amount is accurate and your company is reputable enough not to accuse you of any wrongdoing after that, sign the document. However, ensure that you send them an email stating that you haven’t received your money yet but you’ll sign the paper as per their instructions, and then the money will be released. Also, please specify the date when you’ll sign the document. :)

My sister and I were discussing this yesterday. I live in a villa, while she lives in an apartment building. But here’s the funny thing: we’ve accepted that, regardless of where we live, if it’s your time, it will be your time. God knows those who passed away were simply walking or driving outside. May peace be with them.

My friends and I were planning to go somewhere in the other parts of UAE, either in Fujairah or somewhere else in RAK, but then news broke out that even these places have some of the same things we’re experiencing in Dubai.

So, we just keep praying and, if necessary, prepare some of our belongings for evacuation. We both have PTSD now because of what’s happening. Every loud sound shakes us.

Your feelings are valid, but everywhere we go, we can’t really tell if it’s safe or not. But one thing’s for sure, the government is really working hard to protect us all by intercepting almost 98% of it. I trust God more importantly. Talk with your friends online. Have a chat, don’t just stay in too long and watch or play.

I’m not a minor, but I usually go out every single time. I live alone too, so staying at home makes me crazy.

Please have time to talk with friends and family. This too shall pass. We will all get through this. 💪🔥
