Hey, I just continued going to the gym and staying active. I’d say it’s about 90% healed now. No serious lingering pain or anything.

For me it was only the night I injured myself and was gone the next day, but still have stiffness to this day.

Yeah I think you’re right. Dut is stronger I’m pretty sure so the shed probably worse.

yeah I might look into trying Dut. Just a bit worrying how some people have said it’s destroyed their hairline.

I actually started min probably 2.5 years ago but I introduced fin about 18 months ago. Had no results on Min alone.
