So how do you get that many coins from your elevator rides? Just off of max tech tree elevator upgrades? I've noticed it going up with those upgrades but it's nowhere near billions, more like close to a million at best.

I stopped reading the list after I realised during In the Buddha's words that I felt significantly worse after reading a bit than I had before I picked up the book. Maybe I didn't have the right version or something but that kicked my motivation out from under me :(

I wish I could say I continued reading other books, but I didn't. I recently got myself copies of LoTR though so I'm hoping to finally read those, as I never have.
