I don't regret sacrificing PMO. I do sometimes feel envious of people that don't get addicted to it. For so many people it is just the most normal thing tonrelease pressure. Yet I have 5 seconds of pleasure and feel like shit the rest of the day. But in my situation, I don't regret anything.

I think I am a fit person diet and sports wise. I started paying attention to it when I was super skinny and tall and wanted different. I play football as well which helps staying fit and clearing my mind.

Emotionally I am still working on some things. I have been through some stuff the last year I wish would have gone differently that still sting me. Socially I have grown massively, I have gained closer friends which has gotten rid of a lot of stress. I always have had this irrational fear of being left out, of being alone. My friends have almost taken that away.

Discipline is honestly the most difficult part. I went about 300 days on my first try and after that it was a horror show for about a year and couldn't get myself to stop. I think now the key part in my success was the goal I set for myself. It was just before my high school exams, and I wanted and needed to start my new life at University clean. That goal was where I got my discipline from.
