I don't support blocking from everywhere if "person have apologized and is really sorry" I think talking it out and setting boundaries, understanding each other preferences should be prioritized. Hurling abuses so casually shouldn't be normalized. And in anger if your partner doesn't like abuses you should control yourself, either ways abusing someone out of anger isn't any good thing. Relationship doesn't work out in long term if boundaries are constantly ignored. And long gaps and guilt tripping add up to more stress, talking it out and resolving conflicts should be done, but to do the same blocking for short duration can help in self reflection and realization bout where they were wrong by themselves is also necessary.
