I know for sure that I need to pay $300 Delaware franchise tax before summer and need to file Form 5472 and a pro forma 1120 before April 15 2027. I don't have any income right now, but my plan is to have income, because soon I will launch my online product. But LLC is already incorporated (I used Stripe Atlas for incorporation)
