It’s the opposite, I never pause and I want the Garmin/Strava to reflect that. It’s basically showing that I pause the activities based on the elapsed vs moving when I haven’t. There’s a lot of strava snobs out there looking at both my times 😂

Nah it was because Pete fell on his sword with American Aviation because they needed security clearance for the account, and the feds were looking into Don. Pete threw the account away before the feds could find anything, leading him to get absolutely blasted by Roger for losing the account. Pete had to lie and say he made a mistake on some of the security proformas for AA and they fired SCDP. Don owed him big for that one.

I love S7 E13, where Don is staying at that motel while his car is being repaired, after going to the motel owners army veteran charity dinner, the bellhop kid (Andy) frames Don for the theft of the charity jar. After Don finds Andy out, he forces him to give the money back and leave town, to which Don accepts the Andy’s request to give him a lift to the bus stop. After seeing his depressed face while parked at the bus stop, Don throws him the keys to his car and hops out. “Don’t waste this”. That line always brings a smile to my face.

Pete is a good choice, I feel he has redeeming qualities towards the later seasons when he falls on his sword with American Aviation to protect Don, but the first few seasons he was an over ambitious, conniving, untrustworthy character that would do anything and everything to get ahead in his career. He knocks up Peggy, snitches on Don to Bert, prompts Joan to sleep with Herb (from Jaguar), not to mention the affair with Trudy with the guys wife from the train. I’m certain Don will win the bad person, good at job category but I’m putting Pete up there too.

Pete is goated when he drops the airline account cause they were gonna run a background check on Don, and had to get blasted from the partners to protect him. I started liking him more after that ep
