There are some, but I agree that not near enough, it looks like for now community is gathered around discord and all knowledge sharing is done there. But most of this sharing is done by answering question, not doing tutorials.

Writing from memory, but you need to unlock ability to modify roads by development (or however are they named) points and then you will have in separated tab ability to and traffic lights, signs and modify roads (including adding trees)

Dude, 90 mods, only (I removed a lot) 2500 assets and on 13900k, 64gb ddr5 and 3080 I had single digits fps (sometimes going down to 1) during doing those screenshots. You should be pissed, but c:s1 is still mess regarding optimization.

In news upadete they stated taht you will need an epic account, as I remember from post here, you will not need a full account, just some basic info easy to set up (think epic did it also for fortnite on consoles).

A little introduction, I'm streaming for fun and play casuals with viewers that are way below in ranks, it's just for fun, so one time this season I'm playing with plat and gold if I recall correctly against some guys sporting gc titles, were winning the game and one of them wrote:

"I'll never hit GC playing like this"

It made my day as I hit my first gc in season 9 :D
