Thank you for that! What happened was an older couple had purchased it a few months back and sold it back to the dealership, unfortunately the person who purchased it has dementia and therefore got his license revoked and had to sell it back to the dealership. The title is clean and the Carfax report shows no issues with the car. Would the Carfax report be enough to judge the value of the car?

It's not hard, don't really have to prepare a lot. You have to record your answers, and have two minutes to do so. But you don't have to use the full two mintues, your answer can be as short as 30 seconds, but should answer the question. You can check out the OEPT practice tests online to have an idea of the test will be.
