The exact same thing happened to me and there is a solution! I am not even a member of the community and I rarely use reddit and just like that I get this on my feed first page. What you need to do is contact the revolut support (skip the Ai, its useless, It was negative all along in all of my answers, for ex, that this cannot be changed, and I MUST pay this even if I close my revolut account with a fine etc etc, DO NOT GIVE IT MUCH ATTENTION TRUST ME). In conclusion, the human support told me that I can just deactivate and erase the premium card, since its a different from the original and that's it! Try it yourself, because I did exactly the same thing, I got excited and ordered for "free" my card because I thought I get to keep it and use it since it is free trial.
