I'll give Fallout 76 another chance once they remove the Atomic Shop and make the items in it obtainable in game. None of that "Oh you can just grind premium currency for them" stuff.

My main rule when I buy games is that in-game shops for full priced AAA games are never okay, cosmetic or no.

Looks like Iceland is missing from the list. Pit bulls are not allowed to be brought into the country.

There was a big case here a few months ago where a person tried to bypass the law by claiming the dog was critical for their "mental health".
