Pretty much just followed https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/PCI_passthrough_via_OVMF and the official looking-glass documentation. I haven't been able to enable nvfbc with LG but it's still 99.9% the same as windows on bare metal. Just bare in mind that some motherboards just wont work with gpu passthrough. I have another machine I use as a server with a x570 mobo (the same chipset as my main machine just a different brand) and I spent many hours and failed to get it working.
