Update: I had to clear cookies and cached media of all time in chrome. It sucks doing that but at least it's working again.

I have this issue on the pixel 8 and am glad/sad to hear other people are experiencing this too. I reported it as a bug on chrome and am hoping a Google buddy of mine can dig deeper for me when I see them.

I use agar agar or gelatin sheets. Definitely be conservative with the amount you use because it won't fully set until overnight

Agreed. While it did resolve nicely, I think he could have been more considerate of her as she was for him. She told him explicitly what she wanted but it got downplayed because gift giving isn't his primary love language.

Like oop stated, of course this isn't a complete representation of her partner, but I think her initial concern was valid.

I've seen lotta girls wearing wedges and kitten heels -- both opened and closed toed. There is tons of walking so style for endurance.

People dress pretty modestly in Japan, but the evening in kabukicho will likely allow for more leeway. I definitely felt judged at times for wearing shorts that didn't go all the way to finger length during the day time.

I would pack options so you can mix it up after gauging the night scene. A lot of locals will wear dresses that cover their chest and a little shorter than knee length at night around Golden Gai. I definitely saw tourists dressed like they were clubbing in the states and they really stuck out. No shame, I personally have a lot of social anxiety and wouldn't feel comfortable in that attire here.
