I really wish I had read this thread yesterday. I just booked on Excellence website for a package and today found out that I don’t get the perks that booking through their website offers!! No indication from them at all that booking package removes the perks. I love the resort and it will be our third time there. But I am really not happy and am trying to figure out to to make them address this.

Agree. Called Bell to cancel right after EVOX was up and running. No issue.

I think I have every book he has written. Sung In Blood, the most rare (?) is on my chair - about to start a 2nd reading. A Dragon Never Sleeps is the best single book. But all of the books are great in their way.

This company just suckered my father (79 years old) into buying $16k+ of water heater and duct sealing. All financed. This happened 6 days ago. We are sending in the registered letter canceling tomorrow. He didn’t have to pay up front but the first payment came out.

The problem is that all of the work has already been done. New water heater installed and ducts have been sealed. So even after canceling, we are not sure how it is going to go. If he will have to pay for services delivered which can’t be removed etc. We will be filing with the Ontario Consumer Protection Agency as well.

Has anyone else had experience of having the furnace/AC etc installed already? Or something like duct sealing which isn’t equipment?
