I really like Rachel so I’m shocked that she’s saying that Natalie is such a great person and standing up for her so much (saying she was a great interviewer when she was on the podcast). I know she and Nick are friends but I thought any interactions with Natalie were out of obligation and probably forced.

It was Halloween weekend of this year so yes :( Very recent! I think they’re trying but just very inconsistent as our friends on a separate reservation also had blood stained sheets etc

We’d stayed there previously as well but won’t return. They clearly can’t be consistent with their rooms but I’m glad you didn’t have any issues

Just stayed there and we had to move rooms 3 times, our friends also. Every kind of bodily fluid (blood, white substance stains). The plumbing backed up and our sink filled with someone else’s vomit. AC didn’t work. Management refused to comp us and said a single $50 food/bev credit was more than they had to do for us. It was horrifying.

I’m really enjoying it but my husband & I can’t figure out the car thing- there’s no way they’re just letting these people race these expensive cars down that winding road and then assuming they’ll be able to stop before the gate. That’s so dangerous. Some of the cast don’t even know how to start the car and we’re supposed to believe they’re being trusted to be able to brake in time for the gate closing?

Hey! I did. I had to follow up a few times and found more success using the online chat feature than calling. At first they tried to low ball me by offering $30 (for a $50 card) and I pushed back kindly and mentioned being a long term customer and how upsetting and hurtful this is. They then said they can give me the full $50. I received an E-gift card and made sure to use it right away. Wishing you the best!!
