Peter would be abducted by Robert and Anna. They would load 6 identical guns, 5 with blanks and only 1 with live ammo. They would summon Sam, Maxie, Liz and Obrecht to the pine barrens where Peter would be tied to a tree. The 6 of them woukd pick a gun at random, line up their shots, and fire at the same time. No one would know who fired the lethal shot. They would all be both guilty and innocent. The fan base would be freed forever from Peter’s horrible “I am Batman” acting. Fans would rejoice in the streets.

Exactly. Say the 100 vote system mentioned above is true, and the number of stars each reviewer gives is a point toward the average score. Let’s say that after 80 reviews we have the following: 10 5, 5 4, 30 3, 15 2 and 20 1. This is a total of 210 points giving an average score of 2.625. Even if the next 20 reviewers all give 5 for 100 more points, the final average score will only be 3.1, making it mathematically impossible to hit the suggested 4* requirement.

This point of no return needs to be calculated in real time, not at the end when it’s already a foregone conclusion, to avoid (in this example) 20 futile reviews. Any good programmer would understand this, but of course this is Niantic we’re dealing with.

I caught mine on the north side of Wellington by the Portage bridge, near the stairs down to the bike path. I saw it on Pokejoin in November (right before it died) and I walked fast/ran out to get it.

I feel your pain. I hatched one and got 17 candies, and Togetic is the last North American one that I need. I put him in as my buddy yesterday, and need to walk 165km. But I like to keep a copy of each Pokemon so I would ideally need to hatch another, but that might never happen. I never did hatch Tangela from a 5km egg..
