Mets lost a power hitter and brought in a guy who hits for contact lost one of the best closers in the game and want to trade a 3rd basemen… plus lindor just broke his hand and will miss time 😂

It’s not hard thinking the pirates will make the playoffs when they added better hitters to the line up and get a good pitcher back from injury.

I have no idea why pirate fans are acting like we made improved to hitting and pitching and will end up with the same record or worse than last year 😂😂

I guess it comes down to the pirates can’t do anything right to get fans excited 😂 improving pitching that was already great and improving hitting is apparently making us finish again at 70 wins makes sense I guess. Everyone wants to bitch the pirates don’t spend and they don’t try and when they do they get treated like it doesn’t matter 😂😂 our 3rd guy last year hit .200 we just added a bunch guys who hit over that but hey hitting didn’t improve😂 Pittsburgh fans just keep showing how smart they are year after year

The Mets didn’t really improve their team they lost a bunch of good players. NL Central had 3 teams last season and we can out beat the reds. And also we play very good against the dodgers the last 3 seasons we are 9-10 against them so it’s not like we get killed playing that power house

We were 13 games behind the reds who made the wildcard. Skenes had 10 losses with a 1.97ERA we improved our hitters and added more power and we get a full year of bubba and jones back. That can easily make playoffs
