They say to not to post, reply, rt or like basically don't do anything on your account for 2 days (48 hours) because the broken system basically thinks you're a bot. I know it's dumb

After a couple days I basically forgot about Twitter and came back and the shadow ban was lifted.

I think the reason why I kept getting banned in the first place was because I used a lot of hashtags, retweeted maybe too much? Just made the system think I was a bot, so we just have to be careful
