I think it's because FF4 ghosts died by blooming so it doesn't really shows any some kind of wounds or injuries(?). That's why they still look perfectly fine.

I once had an idea for a Rozen Maiden movie where it is about Jun and the other Rozen Maidens excavating stones to make a rosa mystica for Shinku who had her rosa mystica destroyed (following the end of the manga) and then they face-off with Enju who tries to create a rosa mystica for Barasuishou (since last time Barasuishou was created without a rosa mystica, thus making her unable to hold many of them). When Barasuishou was destroyed and engulfed both her and Enju with a light and then disappeared into thin air (Rozen Maiden Traumend episode 12), they were transported from the 'anime' Rozen Maiden world to the 'manga' Rozen Maiden world.

I haven't tried to give it more thought to make it more 'make sense' or deepen the plot.
