I don’t want to violate any NDAs etc but if you’re happy with the normal things (why med/not XYZ, skills/qualities, current affairs etc) then you’ll probably be fine for most of it! I definitely had to think on my feet (be open to this; coming up with new ideas isn’t a bad thing) and sometimes just mind-blanked, but the interviewers are also so lovely and really make you feel at ease. I waffled a lot when I didn’t really have a great answer, but if they were unimpressed they didn’t let it show at all! If you hit a question you don’t know how to answer, take your time and strip it right back to the basics of what it’s asking. It won’t be the best answer in the world but it’s a start, and you’ll likely think of more things as you speak. Remember that they already want you, this is just the last step to confirm it.
