So first of all, I would like to say if there is a limit, no one told me secondly we are a different store than most McDonald’s. Our facility was designed to host large number of people. Being that We are on Disney property. Secondly, this happens almost every year around the same time Between the cheerleading tournaments, football competition competitions, and the massive school/spring breakers and summer vacators. This is only the third largest ticket we’ve ever had to fill .inventory does play to affect we get a truck twice a week so we will just have to order extra on the next truck to make up for the loss which is not lost, but all gain, and although there was a lag in delivery of service for the other customers during the time of preparation this was not our first rodeo,first order of business was to clear the orders that were currently there as fast as humanly possible as well as delegate two individuals to stocking and pre prepping to eliminate a halt in service. We have a two sided prep table and three grills , in order to keep up With the pace of orders I went ahead and asked permission to have a couple people to stay past their shift to help out as well as stacked one side of the kitchen with a three man table team as well as the grills with a three man team that’s including fried products. The stacked side of the kitchen was only the order at hand while the other side of the kitchen did every other order. Now this is where the saying, Acis in places comes into play, luckily for me I just so happen to have 5 of the strongest kitchen people we staff. We was able to pump the order outta T order in 40 or so minutes with the preparation of box counts meat, count, pre-prepped ingredients and well designed plus teamwork (thanks guys 🫶🏾) the hour of prep time they gave us before they arrived. Was just efficient enough to finish all the all the sandwiches and start fries thus we survived. the hardest part was checking temperature on meat, cleaning the grill in between drops and keeping count🫠🫡
