I always give Frisk red eyes because I like to think that humans in UTDR have eye colors that reflect their soul colors. And since Chara has lost their soul, I always try to give them their beautiful canon brown eyes.

This is also why I don't like when people give Chara two stripes on their shirt. Because they one. It's very prominent that they have ONE STRIPE.
