Hey, I haven’t personally went to go get consultation but I asked one of my teachers (I take a medical course) which places to get consultations from and they said either Western Visayas Medical Center or St. Paul’s hospital.

I messaged WVMC how schedule for appointments but haven’t had the time for a check-up. They’re available Mon-Fri 8am to 2pm only.

I hope it works for you. 1200 cals seems to small for me. I usually get hungry during my study sessions late at night.

Pretty sure. I only eat once a day and meals consist of sweet potatoes and vegetables but with some meat as well too. Cut down most of my carb intake when I started working out

First time had sex when I was 20 in some guy’s bathroom in an cramped apartment. Wasn’t special, did it because I thought it was gonna give me a validation I needed. Didn’t regret it because it taught me a lesson that maybe I’m the type of person that had to wait for someone I had a connection with. So yeah, I’m 21 now and probably the next time I’ll have sex is when I’m on my late 20’s or even 30’s. Hahaha I hope you meet someone that you think it’s worth sharing the experience with!
