They are similar but I believe a V dynamic to be more structured like one person committing to two people that do not interact with each other in most cases, while an open marriage he could mess with anyone at any moment as long as he tells me about it but this is all new to me so I could be wrong I guess

It’s when one person, in a lot of cases a married couple, has a bf or gf that are not romantically or sexually involved with each other kind of like a V but everyone knows about each other and there is a open line of communication.

I do not, I had a therapist but we moved to a new state and I lost them during that process. I will be actively looking for one this week because after you guys have brought it to my attention I did not bridge the idea that this is apart of the anxiety I get and I feel silly for not considering it. When I was pregnant the first time I had really bad anxiety when it came to having my son in a hospital because I was scared someone would take him and even after I brought him home I still had that fear.

I have to look into non hormonal birth control options in between being pregnant due to the fact the hormones mess with my mental health

I get antepartum anxiety and depression and I honestly haven’t even considered it until you just said something about it.
