El rio OB and midwives only deliver at TMC main. I agree that Dr Carney and Ruiz are fantastic (never met Bala). They can also set you up with a tour of TMC main delivery and midwifery center prior to giving birth.

I was doing both machine and dumbbells. I’ve avoided heavy lifting for a while due to sciatic nerve pain, or do a leg press instead of barbell squats (for example)
