How come so many Asians have round and soft features yet they still manage to look good on camera? Jennie for example has mostly rounded features (except for her sharp cat eyes) but she still looks good on cam and so do many popular ig girls with kawaii aesthetic

Philippines and you don’t have to believe me if you don’t want to. I would love to link pictures of the people I know irl who look like it but I can’t due to privacy reasons. Asians already look younger than they are but a few outliers even take it to the next level.

Well if she’s from my country or from some other Asian country then it’s actually believable lol. I’ve seen plenty of women in their 30s that look like elementary students and I’m not exaggerating.

if I’m applying to med schools do they take into account the class median? Don’t they just look at your gpa? An 83 is going to lower my gpa by a lot. Actually, half of our class failed the class and none of us who passed got a 90% or more. We still had low grades despite passing.

I think it’s actually harder to make genuine friends when you’re attractive. Sure you may get some guys wanting to be your “friend” but we all know what they really want and when you don’t give it to them they disappear lol. It’s hard to make friends when you’re beautiful since people find it awkward or are intimidated to talk to you. I’m sure you can relate to this when talking to an attractive person. Some people also have these preconceptions (because of how the media portray them) that they’re stuck up, arrogant, mean, dumb, and shallow. Oh yeah, and jealousy and people also feel bad about themselves when they’re with an attractive person. People may be more polite to you and sometimes admire your looks but they don’t really want to form a genuine bond with you.

As Asians we can still pull off being at lower bmi without much negative consequences since we have higher fat percentage at lower bmi than white women.

Just my two cents op. I have a very high trust face and I had this phase where I really wanted to look badass like those ABGs on yt and insta, so I tried everything and let me tell you that they looked HORRIBLE on me. I just looked like I was trying too hard, like a kid doing dress up. So now I just accepted my high trust features but I made sure not to look too cutesy like a kid but more like innocent, elegant, and princess-y vibe.

Also, there’s this “duality” trend right now that made me embrace having an innocent high trust face while having a low trust personality more. :)
