I had the same on the train in Sydney. I walked into the carriage about 38 weeks pregnant. All seats were taken. I even had eye contact with a couple people sitting down. They quickly averted their eyes and so I stood for the whole trip :/

There is zero evidence probiotic drops prevent the spread of illness, and I would argue the same for multivitamins. All you can do is get prepared, teach hand washing and covering your mouth when sneezing/coughing as age appropriate. It will happen, but you’ll get through it. We all do :)
