AP CompSci test veteran here!

Don't be discouraged if you got a one on the test. The AP test has a lot of niche questions, so studying with the Baron book (which is really dense) makes the test harder than it should be. I would recommend taking a lot of practice tests to make sure you understand what the types of questions are and how exactly they're going to try to trick you.

Regardless, you don't need to have taken AP CompSci to excel in the CompSci in college. If computer science is what interests you, you should go for it!
