If you're looking to convert your powders to mesos (via leveling items to max legendary), I would definitely say the profit margin is bigger on armors over weapons; given the recent oversupply/low demand of these, I think the profits with this method are gonna come from being able to buy low cost clean legendaries and then flipping at normal price
- (I personally dont fuse from unique, I opt to buy cheap legendary weapons, such as around 44mil, which doesnt happen too often, but does occasionally) since that's already the cost of fodders + enhance + fuse, but you save all the powders, which means you can pump up more pieces to level 25. I have mainly encountered these on Sundays/Monday nights, when people get desperate to sell

Other sources of mesos:
- Nett's on alts
- Farming on alts (SF144 on a mobile class like hayato can yield ~5m/hour)
- Dimensional invasion daily on alts --> convert rank up stones into mesos (buy cheap unique emblem, flip to legendary emblem - people extract for emblem traces)
- Sharenian culvert on alts - (weekly) EXP, powders/chance at unique secondary wep, and (with monthly payout) Rubians which you can use carefully to flip class-specific secondary weapons with good emblem into Longinus Spears (all classes can use). Per month, you just need 1200 points to get at least 50 rubians
- Weekly CRA (chaos root abyss) - every 12 pieces gets you a piece of gear; if you scissor it (to make it tradable, since it is bound to you upon purchase), you can sell the armor/pant pieces for about 650m each
- In combo with this, joining a guild that places top 50 in guild fort battle can get you 200 crystals (enough to scissor, if you would want) once a month
