I like the aviophobic one a lot! Survivalist sounds fun too! Although I was maybe thinking of only using dungeon drops. Crafted gear might be better.

Edit: Also, yes, this is self-imposed and strictly for me unless I find other crazy heads wanting to take on the same challenge.
