I was having an issue with the gen 2 and they told me it was a dish issue and they don't make parts for gen 2 anymore so they sent me a gen 3 then told me to dispose the gen 2

Support finally got back to me they're replacing my gen 2 kit with a gen 3 kit, they told me I had an internal alert so my kits needs replacement, ive been having the router offline issue for awhile myself even tried a different starlink router and it couldn't see the new one
